Identifying our old nature and dying to ourselves through Christ, which we focused on in S.O.S. I (Sinners Overcoming Self), is only one‑half of the S.O.S. journey.  The other half of the journey is identifying with the resurrection and coming alive in Christ.  We do not become a different person in Christ but, rather, a new person. Not only do we want to escape the corruption of sin but we want to enter into the fullness of blessing God has for us.

Those who have come alive in Christ the Bible calls saints.  The title of this series of lessons is S.O.S. II, Saints Obeying the Spirit.
