Starting January 4 a new daily Bible study for adults and older children will be posted daily as a blog on the Ultimate Outcomes website. This is a study that can be done individually or as a family. Each week will begin with an initial study that is an explanation of a reading or verse from the Bible. The initial study will be followed by six daily readings that each answer an important related question. These daily readings are designed to help you keep a daily reading and prayer journal through which you can engage in deeper reflection and communication with God.
Linked to the initial study will be activity ideas for elementary and older students that a family can have fun doing together. There will also be a related booklet for younger children (preschool-2nd grade) explains in rhyme a biblical truth related to the week’s study. The booklet can be printed off to read with the children and then let them illustrate.
This year’s study is In the Beginning and will examine deeply the truths of creation in the book of Genesis and the beginning of human history and the Jewish people. An overview of what the In the Beginning study covers can be found in the Gnosis Curriculum section of this website. We hope this will be a valuable and interactive study and that participants will share insights they gain from the daily readings on the website.
